All our online classes are free and can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home, office, or phone.
It’s like coming to our office but without the inconvenience of traveling across town.
Our free online classes are led by our team of licensed and experienced therapists. Each class delves into a topic relevant to whole health wellness where we share insights and helpful tools for common issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, work-life balance, relationships, and much more!
You’ll walk away with a better understanding of the issue and new ways of dealing with it.
How our online classes work:
Join our newsletter and we’ll send you exclusive invites to upcoming free classes. You’ll also have the opportunity to request topics for upcoming classes.
You’ll pre-register for class via the secure link we’ll to send your email inbox. Classes take place via Zoom. You may also participate with your phone. We’ll share class access with you upon registration.
You must be a resident of California and you must be 18+ years old.
Classes are a live experience so you will have the opportunity to ask questions during the Q&A portion of the class. Or—if you’d prefer to simply listen in, that’s fine too!
If you’ve registered for a class and are unable to attend the live call, no worries. We record our classes so you can watch them any time that’s convenient for you. Explore past classes below.
